Head of Digital Learning

As Head of Digital Learning, your main responsibility will be the implementation and incorporation of the best online learning practices, student engagement strategies and educational technology in order to improve and enhance the L&D function within the business. 

The ideal candidate will be someone who is consultative, organized, strategic, and able to handle multiple projects / tasks at one time. My client is looking for a high energy, independent individual who will hit the ground running.

Duties:

• Develop digital learning and development strategies and plans 
• Lead design and creation of digital learning solutions 
• Lead and develop e learning strategies
• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with all bodies of the
• corporate
• End to end project management of group wide L&D programmes
• Develop, implement and maintain applicable polices / standards
• Administration of LMS platforms

Requirements:

• Degree / qualification in Human Resources or L&D related field
• 8+ years’ experience in the Learning & Development space
• 3+ years’ management experience
• Must have experience in implanting e-learning and digital learning solutions
