Role Description
Seeking a seasoned Head of Digital and Performance Marketing individual to join the team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the founding team, working closely with the founders on business, product and growth strategy, and will also have a large operational impact. The candidate will be tasked with identifying opportunities and pursuing projects that will lead to growth for the company and its clients. This will include building marketing assets, setting up new channels and campaigns, and optimising existing processes to promote growth.
Ideally, the Head of Digital and Performance Marketing is an expert in omnichannel digital marketing methodologies, specifically with seasoned experience in AdWords, Facebook Ads, Native Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms. This individual should have a good grasp on data analysis, should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably have SQL knowledge. Further, competency in WordPress, HTML and CSS would be beneficial.
