RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing local and remote branch IT services including but not limited to:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and utilities
- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting server hardware and storage infrastructure
- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Core infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Hybrid Microsoft 365 and Exchange 2019
- Implementing, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure (LAN and WiFi)
- Collaborating with the IT team to implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls and antivirus software
- Maintaining and supporting VoIP systems
- Providing guidance and training to end-users on the effective use of technology resources and tools
- Liaising with contractors and vendors to design, implement and maintain technology solutions

- Ability to work under pressure & work unsupervised the majority of the time
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written on all levels – both internally and externally
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Afrikaans
- Good time management – meeting specific deadlines
- Prepared to work outside normal working hours – as and when required
