What You’ll Do:

Lead month-end reporting, audits, and internal control enhancements.
Implement advanced systems and processes to optimize performance.
Provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
Manage deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in financial management, with experience in real estate or property management a bonus.
Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards and financial software as well as regulatory knowledge.
A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Professional qualification (CA(SA)) is a requirement.
