What You’ll Do:

• Drive strategic financial planning and operational efficiency.
• Lead month-end reporting, audits, and internal control enhancements.
• Implement advanced systems and processes to optimize performance.
• Provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Manage deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in financial management, with experience in real estate or property management a bonus.
• Expertise in GAAP/IFRS standards and financial software as well as regulatory knowledge.
• A strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and exceptional leadership abilities.
• Professional qualification (CA(SA)) is a requirement.
