Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design and structuring of innovative group and individual life insurance products.
• Review and enhance existing products to better serve current clients.
• Ensure compliance by assessing product range against regulatory and professional guidelines.
• Lead the Product Development team, providing guidance to junior actuarial analysts.
• Engage with clients and reinsurers on product strategies and enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on technical product matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Nearly qualified actuary.
• 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience in life insurance product development (advantageous).
• Experience managing a team (advantageous).
