Head of Production (Creative Industry) at Superside

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage client production budgets
• Tap into your global network of 3rd Party suppliers
• Build an efficient process for production at-scale
• Define hiring parameters for your teams
• Deliver projects for multiple clients of all shapes and sizes
• Report to the VP of Operations, and work closely with Creative and Project Management teams 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 6+ years of relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years in a senior position at team management level or similar 
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, good at communicating complex processes to groups of people
• Passion for creativity and facilitating the creation of great work
• Experience establishing processes, training team members and enforcing them in order to deliver great work to clients
• Structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams at a time to meet deadlines
• Self-motivation to work in a remote environment
• Positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things
• Product-obsessed, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player
• Updated knowledge of market and production trends
• Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details
• Strong people development skills, ability to mentor others on craft, process and leadership
