    Entreprise Customer Success Manager

    What You'll Do

    • Manage the post-sales relationship of 20 to 40 of Superside’s subscription customers, which includes onboarding, product training, user adoption, quarterly business reviews and renewal/expansion efforts.

    What You'll Do

    • Ownership of growth tech stack: being responsible for managing Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Totango to provide meaningful insight into our customer lifecycle

    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Manage end-to-end candidate’s recruiting to ensure that the best talents get the job, including drafting of job descriptions,  job posting, candidate research, interviews, assessments, and reference checks
