Lead the development of Superside training curriculum for new-hire onboarding and long-term career development
Support Superside in the implementation of the most innovative strategies and methods for learning design (e.g., blended learning, gamification, microlearning)
Understand the internal learning and development needs, brainstorm the training options, and present the concepts to internal stakeholders
Lead the end-to-end implementation of suggested initiatives
Create new resources while reviewing and updating already existing materials as we grow insanely fast
Gather data to analyze the impact of our learning ecosystem and apply learnings to how we develop it in the future
What You'll Need to Succeed
A passion to use creativity and innovation to help people have successful and meaningful careers
An ability to question conventional approaches in the spirit of optimism and progress
Bachelor Degree or higher within psychology or business
Previous experience in building training infrastructures and curriculums in a business or educational environment
Updated knowledge of the most recent trends and best practices in Learning & Development
Ability to partner with team leaders, subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and develop targeted resources and training initiatives
Structured thinking and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a flexible and agile approach
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, good at presenting ideas and discussing solutions in large groups
Strong understanding of behavioral science - behavioral psychology will be considered a plus
