Talent Sourcing Manager at Superside

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and develop a team of Talent Sourcers
• Develop Superside global sourcing strategy to find and attract top class talent
• Monitor sourcing team performance and develop reports to monitor activity
• Select and implement our talent sourcing tech stack
• Manage and promote our internal referral program
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand current and forecasted needs and build dedicated talent pipelines

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• 3-5 years experience as a Talent Sourcer, with team management responsibilities
• Excellent abilities in talent sourcing for different markets, industries and roles
• Previous experience in overall sourcing strategy definition and implementation
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding team management abilities with strong aptitude for coaching and mentoring
• Experience with global sourcing for the creative industry will be considered a plus
