Job Description

• To manage the performance of the Commercial Asset Finance (CAF) team in the province by providing leadership, advise, and guidance to enable them to achieve agreed business targets.
• The role is critical in the execution of the overall SBG Business and Commercial Banking and CAF strategic intent. Key in building in high performing teams, overall improving team and business performance in line with the business strategy and objectives.
• In addition, the provincial head is responsible for managing stakeholder value chain, both internal and external, namely, coverage teams and selected external strategic alliances, dealers, and preferred supplier. To promote CAF objectives as an integral part of SBG Business and Commercial Banking capability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree
• Field of Study: Business Commerce
• RE5

Experience Required

• 8-10 years Experience in asset based finance and relationship banking
• Experience in a Business and Commercial Banking environment
• Must have completed FAIS RE 5 requirements
