    Head, Technology Service & Delivery Management

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Accountable to supply and deliver reliable and consistent service availability journeys across the portfolio. Manage and maintain the health and security of the technology infrastructure according to enterprise-wide architecture and standards. Implement and manage frameworks to optimise cost and operational performance levels. Manage overall delivery of systems and services, Including system configuration, maintenance and upgrades.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum Qualifications: First Degree
    • Field of Study: Information Studies
    • Post Graduate qualification preferred

    Experience Required

    • Technology business partnering, strategy and planning
    • Experience Required: 8-10 years
    • Have knowledge of domain operations, and understanding of ecosystems and suppliers and broad technical knowledge of the technology, solutions and service catalogue consumed by countries.
    • Technology Practice (Domain) Management and Leadership

    Experience Required: 8-10 years

    • Have good knowledge of domain appropriate technology strategies. Proven application of service management processes and frameworks
    • Technology Partnering & Service Management
    • Experience Required: More than 10 years
    • Broad experience in leading service management processes for large and diverse portfolio's. Proven knowledge and application of ITSM practices.

    Organization Change Management

    • Defining and managing the process of deploying and integrating IT capabilities into the business in a way that is sensitive to, and fully compatible with, business operations.

    Service Level Management

    • Refers to the required knowledge and experience to plan, implement and control service provision using service management frameworks.
