    Help Desk Specialist

    About the job
    Our client is looking for an experienced Help Desk / Front Desk Specialist with the following criteria:

    • This role supports new and ongoing clients, as a helpdesk operator and focus is on payment systems;
    • Communication and Business Professionalism is key;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - speak, read and write at a B2 level;
    • Customer Service: experienced in customer service, including chatbox / email;
    • Computer literate: Must have worked towards some kind of QA score or target (not sales necessarily) 
    • Must have an analytical mind, as in curious, always seeking solutions
