Hospitality F & B Team: Barman & Waitron & Wine Steward at Helderberg Personnel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
• Build meaningful guest relationships and create memorable experiences
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently promote food, beverage and wine offerings
• Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and professionalism
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing hospitality team 

CRITERIA

• Minimum of 2 years' previous experience within a 5-star hotel, restaurant, wine estate or similar establishment
• Proficient in hospitality POS System
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident upselling and sales ability
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Charming, engaging and guest-centric personality
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans
