Ensure cleaning is done in accordance with prescribed hygienic processes and procedures to ensure a safe environment. Proper Linen Management by stock-controlling, checking, sorting, ordering and issuing of linen. Ensure the effective use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Perform supervisory functions.
