Duties
Perform supervisory functions to ensure the maintenance of a clean, hygienic, and safe environment. Supervise and ensure the effective use and maintenance of supplies, equipment and linen. Supervise adherence to food service policies in the ward. Supervise hygiene practices, waste management and occupational health and safety. Effective support to supervisor. Adheres to the Code of Conduct of public service.
