    HR Administrator

    Purpose of the position

    • The Human Resources Administrator: provides administrative support HR department by way of performing HR related admin and ad hoc projects.

    Key Accountabilities (included but not limited to)
    In your role you will as Database Administrator you will:

    • Daily:
      • Verify staff list daily against payroll
      • Obtain leave report daily
      • Extracting database of staff survey submissions from Teams Excel document
      • Analyse and send PUI list to each district and department director/manager/contact person
      • Monitor consecutive day symptoms and report
      • Liaise with managers or staff directly when surveys are not completed (criteria tbc e.g. 2 days in a week)
      • Flag double entries (>1 entry for a day) and address with staff
    • Weekly:
      • Provide the CCG team with the total staff at work number per day for the previous week Mon-Fri.
      • Compile weekly reports required by HR department
    • Bulk payroll: following up with the districts for documentation and ensuring it is all accurate.
    • Collating the payroll information from the offer letter onto a spreadsheet
    • PEPFAR HRID
      • Assisting in the quarterly updating of USAID system with Human Resources and Financial Information
    • Employment Equity and WSP submission
    • Leave Management:
      • Ensure all leave applications submitted on ESS are processed in line with company leave policy, approve leave
      • Proactively identify and escalate any outstanding leave applications on ESS
      • Assisting employees with credentials on HR365 & ESS Passwords
      • Assigning leave to correct managers
      • Generating leave reports on the system
      • Leave reconciliations

    Qualifications

    Essential qualifications

    • 3-year accredited appropriate tertiary qualification i.e. National diploma, BA Industrial Psychology, BCom Human Resources Management

    Experience & Skills

    • 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate Human Resources Department
    • Advanced Excel
