You will be responsible for the administration of strategies, programs, policies, and processes in support of the organizational objectives. Furthermore, you will support recruiting, selection, and onboarding of assigned employee groups and support employee engagement efforts. What is more, you will support EH&S initiatives and training to ensure best-in-class safety results.
Your responsibilities:
Provide support with talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, and employee assistance programs, and assist with training & development in relation to employee benefits structures, payroll, and records management.
Understand all HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, and communicates and reinforce organizational values.

The on-boarding process throughout the engagement cycle.
Compliance with all statutory and legal requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Stay current with HR best practices by networking and participating in professional organizations.
Support activities that drive engagement through the facility.
Maintain Master data in SAP / Success Factors to ensure accurate Reporting.
Payroll support, resolving and supporting employees with queries logged – Payslip request, payroll queries, loans processes, garnishees etc.
Assist with the Monitoring of absenteeism and support Supervision with AD Hoc reporting.
Liaise with Labour Broker for all interim resources and coordinate the process throughout the life cycle – ensure medicals are arranged.
What will make you successful:
3 Years’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
3-5 Years’ proven experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Automotive Component Industry preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, automotive strongly preferred.
Solid interviewing experience/skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus.
PC proficient at an intermediate level of Microsoft Office software.
Excel (Spreadsheets) & and Payroll systems - SAP knowledge ± 2 YRS (Success Factors Knowledge is an advantage),
A team player that is results-driven, able to work under pressure, has strong leadership skills, high energy, strong organizational skills, is empathetic, and is able to deal with issues in an open, honest manner.
Ability to respond to common requests from employees and management.
