    HR Business Partner Consultant

    Job Description

    • The role of HR Business Partner aims to support business leaders in all things HR. The incumbent will work closely with business leads offering strategic HR support and guidance on how to align business objectives with HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture and the effective delivery of HR services.

    Key Job Outputs

    • Support to the HR Manager in Partner in executing the Talent Strategy through seamless delivery across the HR Value Chain.  This include but not limited to:
    • Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an enhanced service offering
    • Co-ordination and Facilitation of Africa Onboarding and Service Line specific onboarding
    • Support all Performance Management processes including Performance Contracting, Performance Reviews and the Poor Performance Management in accordance with the policy framework.
    • Employee Relations (IR)
    • Collaboration with the Learning and Development team.
    • Support the Talent Management and Succession Planning processes as required.
    • Contribute towards initiatives/projects that will enhance overall Employee Engagement, Manager Effectiveness and team culture within dedicated service line.
    • Analyze HE metrics and provide insights to drive decision making
    • Facilitating the preparation of accurate Integrated People and Purpose Reports.
    • Actively contributing to and aligning with People and Purpose initiatives
    • Support staff with career planning conversations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
    • 2-4 years' Proven experience as HR business partner/Consultant
    • Thorough understanding of HR principles, policies, procedures
    • Familiar with HR software and tools
