key Performance Areas

• Provide human resources provisioning and utilization services. 
• Recruit personnel and handle placements.
• Facilitate transfers and translations.
• Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component.
• Implement conditions of services (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, Overtime and Termination of service). 
• Performance Management. 

Prerequisites

• Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate (NQF Level 4) qualification as recognized by SAQA.
• Certificate / Qualification in HRM and related fields will be an added advantage. 
• Exposure in the field will be an added advantage

Person Profile

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Human Resource policies and legislation. 
• Report writing. 
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer literacy (MS Office). 
• Good organizing skills. 
• Accuracy and attention to details.
