National Senior Certificate, National Diploma (NQF Level 6) / B. Degree (NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA) in Human Resource Management / Public Management / Public Administration / Industrial Psychology.
1- 2 years’ relevant experience in the environment. A valid driver’s license minimum code B.
Duties
Implement conditions of service and service benefits (Leave, Housing, Medical, Injury on Duty, Long Service Recognition, overtime, relocation, Pension, allowances etc.).
Termination of service. Recommend (approve) transactions on PERSAL according to delegations. Performance Management.
Prepare reports on human resource administration issues and statistics. Handle human resource administration enquiries. Supervise human resources/staff: Allocate and ensure quality of work. Personnel development. Assess staff performance. Apply discipline.
