HR Consultant at KPMG South Africa

The HR Consultant assists the HR Manager/s with relevant strategic as well as transactional work that reside within the Business units e.g. collating data for HR reports, tracking performance development processes. They also submit HR related queries on behalf of Business e.g. recruitment, transformation etc. to the Finance and National HR. Is a custodian of the HR transactional administration in the function.

Qualifications:

i) Tertiary

ii) Functional (job related)

• Minimum Diploma/ degree related field or studying towards a relevant HR qualification
• A bachelor’s degree would be advantageous

Experience

Include minimum period required of such experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the HR Department as an HR Consultant.

Knowledge

• Working knowledge of BCEA and LRA legislation/procedure.
