Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating HR activities to ensure alignment with business objectives. Core duties include:
• Talent Management: Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and skills mapping to attract and retain top talent
• Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Performance Management: Conducting performance evaluations, managing underperformance, and implementing development plans.
• Training and Development: Organizing workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Compliance and Administration: Ensuring adherence to labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Strategic HR Planning: Consulting with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and HR initiatives that support business goals.
• HR Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining HR records, organizational charts, and policy documentation.
