Responsibilities:

• Implement targeted training and talent development programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead annual strategic planning for HR initiatives.
• Implement actions to reduce staff turnover.
• Oversee corporate social responsibility projects.
• Maintain and improve policies and procedures.
• Recruit long-term, talented staff to optimise the workforce.
• Evaluate job levels and compensation structures.
• Maintain employee contracts.
• Manage disciplinary hearings, prepare and defend CCMA cases.
• Oversee statutory skills development.
• Compile needs assessments and annual training plans.
• Implement the company’s equal employment policy.
• Administer company medical and pension funds.
• Establish and manage health and safety structures.
• Manage risk and change within the organisation.
• Proactively manage all other personnel-related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in industrial psychology or equivalent qualification in human resource management.
• 10 years’ experience as a human resource manager.
