People Operations Assistant. Working in the global people services team, supporting the UK and Europe.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in HR operations including recruitment, ongoing employment checks, new hire orientation, compensation and benefits, dealing with queries. Advanced organisational and people skills; attention to detail and quality. Ability to multi-task with defined time frames. Knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday to process confidential associate information.

Impact You'll Make:

• Perform day-to-day people transactions and deal with queries within the people operations team.
• Manage right to work checks and onboarding processes for new starters.
• Administer ongoing processes such as tri-annual employment checks.
• Maintain and update HR database (Workday) to monitor HR activities and track programs.
• Support the process of benefits and queries relating to benefits for associates.
• Maintain and update HR related documents such as new hires, transfers, merit increases, annual leaves, legal documents.
