Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
Effective service provision to all the Operations.
Provide detailed input into the compilation of a yearly Budget and monthly Budget Control (Variances and Forecasts).
Effective Recruitment and Selection Practices.
Ensure and effective IR Climate (handling of discipline and CCMA processes).
Ensure effective Human Resource utilisation in conjunction with Line Management.
Ensure effective performance management practices are maintained.
Ensure that job profiles and competency matrices are maintained and available for all positions in area of responsibility.
Compile various relevant HR, IR and training reports.
Develop and ensure the alignment of employee reward strategies at the PE site.
To enable the business through supporting change management initiatives and to ensure business objectives are met.
To analyse and report on a monthly basis on all key HR scorecard measures, to ensure continuous support and improvement.
Implementation of agreed Training Strategies in order to achieve training targets.
Facilitate career and succession planning for all staff in area of responsibility.
Coordinating the development of training needs analysis.
Facilitate post training assessments.
Coordinate the delivery of training as per regional and national training plan.
Execution of EPMS system.
Coordination of learnerships and internships.
Ensure the successful implementation of development plans for employees according to Performance Management principles.
Report training interventions on LMS.
Maintenance of training records.
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
At least 1-3 years’ experience in a Generalist HR environment with a relevant 3-4 year national Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
Ability to work independently, accurately and under pressure.
Innovative and creative flair.
Proven track record in handling IR related matters, including CCMA proceedings.
Self- starter, able to work without close supervision.
Strong analytical and administrative skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good leadership skills and ability to present and facilitate sessions.
Proven computer literacy in SAP, Ms Excel and Ms Word and PowerPoint.
HR experience within an FMCG environment.
Have proven verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel when needed.
A valid code 8 licence
