HR Practitioner at TOTALCARE PEOPLE

The ideal candidate would be dynamic, energetic and task focused. The position is responsible for providing clients, from different industries, with HR consultation, specifically regarding legislative compliance. This requires a thorough understanding of and, experience with, the requirements of the EEA, SDA, WCA, and OHSA. Understanding of the payroll function and basic skills on SAGE VIP is also required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR related legislative compliance
• Facilitate EE, SD and OHS meetings
• Complete EE, ATR and SD reporting process for clients from various industries
• Liaise with the payroll department regarding client payroll queries
• Assist with client WC queries.
• Maintain general HR administration

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 5+ years' of experience working in Human Resources (legislative compliance)
