HR Systems Specialist (6 month contract) Yoco at Yoco

ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As the HRIS Specialist your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Optimization and integration of all our technology within the people team, which may include customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
• Collaboration across the people team and with employees to identify system improvements and enhancements and make recommendations based on business and employee needs.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure we are optimizing our tools and that we have the right level of customer support.
• Programming custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Compiling or assisting with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and the People team.
• Serving as the lead representative and liaison between the People team, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
• Ensuring system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Maintaining knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Key requirements to perform responsibilities successfully:

• You are familiar with People's functional operations and People information systems, principles, methods, and practices.
• You are able to switch contexts and have a strong eye for detail and data accuracy.
• You have a thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.
• You are a strong project manager and are able to plan and prioritize multiple tasks
• You are comfortable with data and database management methods and practices.
• You enjoy analyzing multiple data sets to make informed decisions.
• You have a natural ability to effectively communicate complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.
