    Hubspot Inbound Marketer

    About the role:


    As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to create and distribute content based on the company strategy. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing all the day-to-day execution of inbound marketing, sales, and services strategies.


    What you will be doing:


    • Execute the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Research subject matter, competitors, industry, and target audience.
    • Monitoring and optimizing the components of the inbound marketing campaign.
    • Nurture our customers along the different stages of the customer journey (automation)
    • A/B tests and experiments to drive growth (paid and owned channels)
    • Create reports to highlight progress towards goals and identify possibilities that will impact growth
    • Implementing inbound software and other digital tools.
    • Offer guidance to the copywriting team with their blogs, emails, social media, eBooks, etc. if this is within your skillset.
    • Participating in brainstorming new ideas to gather engagement.
    • Bring your and your colleague's ideas to life.



    • Completed Degree in communications, business, or marketing.
    • 2+ years experience in B2B Marketing
    • At least 1-year experience in Hubspot CRM platform
    • Familiarity in digital marketing and paid media, including external agency management.
    • Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Great listening, communication, and time management skills.
    • Love to hustle and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Be a self-taught learner. Willing to read, do research on the subject matter, and keep up to date on technological changes, monitor trends in various industries, and how they could be used to add value to our customers.


    Nice to haves :

    • Business development and lead nurturing experience.
    • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing
    • Hands-on digital marketing and paid media expertise (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email)
