Human Capital Executive/ HR Executive at OutsideCapital

Job Summary:

Gauteng based financial services concern requires a seasoned Human Capital Executive/ HR Director to drive the development of their people strategy and strategically partner with business leaders to align Human Capital strategies with their business priorities in order to create, design and implement innovative and holistic Human Capital solutions that empower the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

You will be required to manage several business units, each with their own scorecard and end to end business deliverables and support areas, with a headcount of 20 staff (including 2 HR Heads) across the following teams: Human Capital, Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Operations, Projects, Communications and Transformation.

Minimum requirements

• Completed Masters degree
• Minimum 12 years’ Human Capital generalist experience within an insurance or financial services environment
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the full HR value chain
• 7 years senior management experience at an executive level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing all aspects of the Human Capital value chain
• HPCSA Registered as an Industrial/ Organisational Psychologist
