Human Capital Specialist at Ernst & Young Global Limited (EY)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, shape and lead the delivery of large scale transformational projects (including change management and organisational design)
• Lead client engagements, including senior leadership facilitation
• Managing resources and budgets to execute high quality deliverables
• Identify areas for revenue growth with key clients
• Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A post graduate degree and/or relevant industry experience
• Over 10 years’ experience in the areas of organisation design, change management        and people strategy development and implementation
• Managed a team to revenue and performance targets
• Ability to negotiate sales and deal closure
• Ability to facilitate and interact at C-Suite level
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
