Grade 12. The ability to capture data and collate administrative statistics. Sound knowledge of PERSAL would be an advantage, Knowledge of interpretation and implementation of Human Resource Policies, Acts and directives. Computer Literacy.

Duties :
Handling of various administration aspects within Human Resource and enquiries, Leave Management, PILIR, Overtime, Processing of transactions and verification on Persal.
Recruitment and selection, allowances, Medical Aid, injury on duty, Payroll verification, Terminations of services. Compile data and reports. Must work independently and in a team. Participate in HR projects and perform any other duties delegated.
