Collate and consolidate Work Place Skills plans for the School brands and submits to EDTP SETA, timeously
Liaise with EDTP SETA for grants and follows up as required
Arrange for internal and external training for staff as per their Individual Development Plans
Record training undertaken by staff ensuring accuracy and proper classification as per the WSP
Co-ordinate ECD Learnerships, sourcing & selecting applicants, liaising with service providers, tracking and monitoring program and learner progress and success
Co-ordinate the Staff Study Assistance program ensuring compliance with policy. Receive applications, gather necessary documentation, advise staff and liaise with internal and external service providers as required.
HR Information/ Reporting
Collate and consolidate HR information and/or statistics from Brands for reporting purposes and ensures submissions are timeous
Liaise with Brands to gather BEE information for consolidation and submission to Finance
Compile EE information for Divisional reporting purposes
Review standard reports and recommend templates and formats in line with best practice
Talent Management
Collate and consolidate ADvTalent plans from Brands for submission to Group HR
Update Schools Succession Plan, liaising with HRBPs to keep it up to date with staff movement and terminations
Update Critical Positions for Schools as necessary
Organization & Positions
Update and maintain Organisation Charts for Brands with information supplied by MD/ HRBP
Receive instructions from HRBPs to add new employees. Liaise with Group HR and HRSS to effect this
Minimum Qualification
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/ National Diploma HR
Ideally B Comm in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
Preferably Honors / Post Graduate qualification

Human Resource Consultant /Officer 3- 5 years
HR Administrator 3-5 years
IR experience 3-5years
Performance management experience 3-5years
Valid Drivers license
Own vehicle
Willing/ Able to travel on business
Registered as a Skills Development Facilitator
Good understanding of Performance Management systems
High level of computer literacy
Very good Microsoft Office skills viz Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Good understanding of the HR value chain
Experience with APS
Good understanding of HR information systems
Good knowledge of South African Labour law and its application (Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act and Employment Equity Act and relevant
