KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the HR Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding activities to ensure the acquisition of top talent
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements
• Managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance on complex HR matters
• Designing and facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and engagement
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies to maintain a fair and inclusive work environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on operational excellence and strategic HR initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning
