National Senior Certificate / NQF Level 4 with no experience. A Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resource Management will be added advantage.

Duties:
Implement Human Resource administration and ensure correct implementation of policies and procedures. Implement Human Resource Administration practices concerning conditions of services benefits. (Leave, Absenteeism, Housing allowance, Service termination, Overtime, Relocation and resettlement, Pension etc. and maintain and updating HR files. Recruitment and Selection (Advertisements, Appointments, Transfers, Verification of qualifications, Secretariat at interviews, administration of payroll.
Receiving overtime claim forms monthly and compile payments within stipulated time frame and capturing them on PERSAL system. Attend to HR enquiries, record, organise, control, HR registry/ archive and retrieve information. Ensure safekeeping of documents and filling of all HR related documents, attend meeting and training as approved by supervisor. Maintain of user-friendly office.
Co-ordinate and administer Performance Management and Development System (PMDS). Administer probations and ensure that confirmation of probation appointments is timeously attended.
