    Human Resources Consultant

    The Human Resources Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by providing a professional and expert administrative service to the HR Management team.


    Specification
    Job Objectives/Outputs

    • Accurately collate and maintain HR data e.g. absence, exit interviews for identified stakeholders.
    • Responsible for quality assurance and auditing HR data reports prior to releasing and presenting to business/ stakeholders in order to ensure that accurate and timeous reports are provided.
    • Interpret data, making recommendations, advising and presenting data and reports in a meaningful and professional manner in order to enable business to make sound business decision.
    • Understanding business operating models, business structures, processes and procedures and business contributions in the HR work stream in order to interpret the data and make appropriate recommendations.
    • Understand customer expectation and building and maintain constructive working relationships across identified stakeholders
    • Understand, interpret and apply HR policies and procedures as well as all relevant labour legislation e.g. the Labour Relations Act in order to ensure organisational and statutory compliance
    • Contributes to effectiveness of the HR work stream through new ideas and improvement suggestions
    • Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort.

    Essential

    • Level of Education:
    • Grade 12 with University Entrance (NQF4)

    Desirable

    • HR related qualification or studying towards it.
