    Human Resources Intern

    This exciting opportunity is available within the HR Department. The successful candidate will be exposed to the various pillars within HR; and the business as a whole. We are looking for someone who is willing to show initiative and dedication to this role. The succesful candidate must be able to work within a team and must be open to learning.

    Internship Duration: 2 months (or as per business requirements)

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Full support as directed by the divisional Manager of Human Resources Department in which the Intern program will operate.
    • Adhere to the learning programme and work towards being fully successful in all assessments.
    • Your list of tasks is not an exclusive one and duties may be varied as per operational requirements which can be amended by your Manager throughout the duration of this Internship.
    • Some of the duties are listed below, but are not limited to:
      • Filing and data capturing
      • General HR administration
      • Support to Snr HRBP and HR Director

    Required Skills and Knowledge:

    • IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work unsupervised.
    • Attention to detail and meticulous admin skills.
    • Research and analytical skills.
    • Project management abilities

    Required Qualifications:

    • Completed Tertiary Qualification in any a HR discipline (mandatory).

    Required Behaviours:

    • Shows commitment to the team.
    • Displays a "can-do" attitude, results driven and gets things done.
