Human Resources Manager at Danté Personnel Recruitment

• A well-established company within the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full Human Resources function.

Minimum requirements:

• HR Management qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology will be advantageous
• 5 years' HR Management experience within a medium to large organisation
• 3 Years' experience managing Sage VIP Payroll for more than 300 employees
• Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law and Occupational Health and Safety legislation
• Experience with Employment Equity, Social and Labour Plans, and compliance reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
