    The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Providing general HR Services to Goedgevonden Opencast Operations
    • bargaining unit employees.
    • Ensuring compliance with company HR Policies, procedures and legislation.
    • Advising Line Management regarding fair and consistent procedures and actions in line with applicable Company Policies and Procedures.
    • Assisting with Goedgevonden Opencast Operations HR Projects as assigned.
    • Assisting with Goedgevonden Opencast Operations HR reporting and trend monitoring.
