Assistant Director: Administration Human Resource Development Level 9

Requirements :
- Matric plus an NQF level 6 / 7 qualification in Human Resource Management/ Development or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA. PERSAL.
- A minimum of 3 years in an HR environment. Valid driver's licence.
Duties :
- To coordinate, facilitate and monitor the implementation of human resource development strategies, policies and programmes to enhance employee competencies, organisational performance, career development and skills capacity in support of the organisation's strategic objectives.
- To coordinate the implementation of conditions of service benefits and employment practices
