RCL FOODS is seeking a skilled HR Practitioner to join our HR Team who will be responsible for the Molteno Groceries Site. The HR Practitioner will report to the HR Business Partner. RCL Foods requires an experienced HR Professional with excellent knowledge of the practices, principles and legislations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- Valid Driver’s License & willing to travel
- Minimum of 3- 5 years HR Generalist Experience
- SAP experience would be advantageous
- Intermediate excel experience
