• Working hours: Monday 13:00-18:00 | Tuesday 13:30-18:00 | Wednesday 13:30-18:00 | Thursday 13:30-18:00 | Friday 13:00-18:00
• School holiday hours: Same as above with flexibility where required; additional hours tracked and paid as overtime
• Live in or Live out: Live-out
• Duties: School collection | Homework assistance | Extramurals and driving | Grocery shopping and general errands | Cooking meals for the children | Occasional babysitting and weekend work (by prior arrangement) | Potential occasional travel with the family (by agreement and compensated accordingly)
• Special Requirements: 25+ | Strong and safe driver (own reliable vehicle advantageous) | Active and energetic | Experience with strong-willed / high-energy children | Able to reinforce boundaries with consistency and kindness | Education background advantageous
• Start Date and contract term: 16 March 2026 | Permanent
• Offered Salary: R11 000 – R12 000 per month + SARS rates per km + overtime where applicable

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
