BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Execute the HVAC & Refrigeration maintenance plan and achieve YTD, Tactical, Non-tactical, PPM Attainment and Labour utilisation targets for the department.
Reduce no. of breakdowns
Conduct inspections on planned work conducted by handyman
Availability on standby for breakdowns and call outs
On the job Training and development of handymen
Carry out daily and weekly site inspections
Follow up on works orders and ensure monthly maintenance targets are met
