FAIS Qualification: This is required if the candidate’s Date of First Appointment has expired, or if they are within one year of expiry for the completion of the FAIS Qualification. This check must be completed before interviews.
Criminal Record Check: All candidates must be criminal-clear.
Credit Check: Candidates with judgments or defaults may be considered if there is a payment arrangement in place. However, candidates under liquidation or sequestration will not be considered.
Matric/Grade 12: Required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a contact centre environment and 1 year’s experience in a sales role with proven sales performance.
