    Inbound Sales Call Centre Agent

    Key Requirements:

    • FAIS Qualification: This is required if the candidate’s Date of First Appointment has expired, or if they are within one year of expiry for the completion of the FAIS Qualification. This check must be completed before interviews.
    • Criminal Record Check: All candidates must be criminal-clear.
    • Credit Check: Candidates with judgments or defaults may be considered if there is a payment arrangement in place. However, candidates under liquidation or sequestration will not be considered.
    • Matric/Grade 12: Required.
    • Experience: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a contact centre environment and 1 year’s experience in a sales role with proven sales performance.
    • System Navigation: Ability to navigate multiple systems.

    Brand Specialist

    What you’ll do

    • Brand strategy implementation, review & reporting
    • Integrated Media Planning, Buying & Monitoring:
    • Collaborative efforts both globally and locally to implement traditional & digital media campaigns that will include most or all of the following; National and local broadcast television in traditional and direct response formats; Radio, Outdoor advertising, Local newspaper and magazine (offline & online); Local events ideation and implementation, i.e. local guerilla marketing
    • Work with Digital team members to integrate Digital objectives and strategies into overall media plan
    • Manage Media trade exchanges with the relevant stakeholders
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPI
    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

    What you bring

    • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field & 5 years plus Marketing experience.
    • Expertise in Media Buying is a plus.
    • Expertise in media planning, buying, and strategy
    • Experience with programmatic media buying or AI-driven media strategies
    • Familiarity with emerging media trends (e.g., podcasts, OTT, influencer marketing)

    Key Account Manager - Government

    Required core competencies:
