Job Description

• We are seeking Inbound Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced FMCG distribution environment. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing excellent service to a diverse customer base ranging from high-end hospitality clients to retail and spaza shop customers.
• This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role requiring strong communication skills, resilience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and existing customer orders
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell product ranges
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Provide product guidance and customer solutions
• Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activity
• Support sales growth and customer retention strategies
• Maintain high levels of customer service and responsiveness

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential
• Diploma or Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred)
• Experience in call centre, telesales, or customer service with sales exposure will be considered (Inbound role)
• Valid driver’s licence
