Ensure the recovery of all major incidents with appropriate reporting and notifications to key Stakeholders.
Manage persistent incidents from Trend analysis and or Management Escalations.
Proactively manage incidents to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal business impact, and initiate escalation procedure as appropriate.
Understand the impact of incidents on the business allowing for prioritization and direction.
Ensure completion of Incident report actions and sign off with agreed OLA
Review and sign off on all documented Incident reports prior to business distribution
Ensure tracing and successful close out of Incident report actions
Conduct lessons learnt sessions post each Major incident to ensure continuous improvement of major incident management process
