FINANCE CREATIVE

Tasks

•  Be part of our hotel Finance team.
•  You are constantly moving between payroll, accounts receivable, payable and cost control.
•  Work closely with the Lead Finance to support preparation of the hotels forecasts and budgets.
•  Produce reports with an accurate detail, through understanding, ready to share the workings out.
•  Always on time. Deadlines are embraced and we don’t keep people waiting. Our guests don’t like it and it’s our culture throughout.   We plan properly and make it happen. That’s our reputation and we uphold it. We are proud of it, we did create it.
•  Work closely with our partners, sharing information when required and supporting them.
•  You are not easily bored and value your place in the RED team. It would be no surprise to find you in the Hi all on a Monday morning, playing a game of pool with a regular guest. You enjoy it and recognize the guest experience as the heart of our business.
•  Communicate with fellow creatives … constantly.
•  Offer ideas, make suggestions and encourage fellow Creatives   for the benefit of guests, the venue and your colleagues.
•  Be coached. Go as far as you can. We insist.
