    Spa Therapist

    Key Responsibilities of the Spa Therapist:

    •  Work to specific treatment protocols at all time avoiding error in treatment
    •  Adhere to all treatment protocols at all timing avoiding error in treatment 
    •  Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and homecare offered
    •  Uphold standards of hygiene and sanitation as per health and safety regulations
    •  Maintain treatment rooms at all times with regards to professional setup, hygiene and standards, and Spa room setup 

    Requirements of the Spa Therapist:

    •  Diploma in Beauty Therapy
    •  Experience in a 5 star Spa but not essential 
    •  Hands on approach with a can do work style
    •  Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
    •  Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
    •  Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
    •  Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms

    Sales Manager I

    Description

    • Support the Country Director of Sales and Key Account Directors in client related administrative tasks including appointment setting and follow up.
    • Support in creating ad hoc presentations, client communications and sales material/collateral.

    Support in setting up and follow up on events:

    • Site inspections
    • Dinners
    • Larger events
    • Year End Functions etc
    • Support the Sales cluster with the administration for salesforce.com, Lanyon and Sales Presenter.
    • Ensure a successful CCF process.
    • Assist Key Account Directors with mapping of new business opportunities and with statistical tasks. 

    Maximizes Hotel Revenue

    •  Achieved budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the assigned market segment.
    •  Assists in the development of annual sales targets.
    •  Assist the Sales Executives and Country Director of Sales with monthly reporting.
    •  Ensures own function operates within cost parameters.
    •  Maintains effective correspondence between clients, Hotels etc.
    •  Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business by soliciting, selling and confirming business as required.
    •  Develops data and recommends programs to meet client’s needs.
    •  Prepares proposals with the Sales Executives and Country Director of Sales to maximize profit.
    •  Use sales calls to solicit existing and new clients.
    •  Coordinates activities related to business on the books with Hotels within the Country.
    •  Ensures maximum occupancies by performing follow up contact with Hotels within the Country.
    •  Increases sales volumes and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market segments.

    Sales Strategy and Delivery

    •  Conducts regular meetings with the Key Account Directors and Country Director of Sales to set objectives and to ensure that action plans are in place for the Country or designated area/market segment.
    •  Assist Key Account Directors in identifying new business opportunities or strategies and shares with the Country Director of Sales.
    •  Assist Key Account Directors to achieve overall Sales targets for specific market segments.
    •  Assist Key Account Directors to implement strategies to facilitate market penetration for increased national and international production to meet increasing demands reflecting in the change and growth of the Company.
    •  Conducts client inspections to secure business or confirm new business.
    •  Assists Key Account Directors to increase sales volumes and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market segments for the Country.
    •  Reviews market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired and competitive rates etc.
    •  Drive and maintain overall sales to gain new business development opportunities and monitor completion of pro-active sales activities and projects.

    Role & Responsibilities

    •  Drive MICE revenue and market share growth for the Country Hotels through maximizing existing and new clients.
    •  Assisting the Key Account Director – MICE as required.
    •  Assisting Hotels with MICE enquiries and ensuring and maintaining a quick turnaround.
    •  Inspire clients with ideas for venues.
    •  Promote Loyalty Program for Planners to relevant clients.
    •  Attends all meeting in the absence or upon request of the Country Director of Sales or Key Account Directors.
    • Attends Radisson Sales Blitz’s and/or trade shows in key market cities to develop new business and to contact established clients in these cities.
