Are you a mature and experienced recruiter with a strong track record in 360 degree recruitment? We are looking for individuals to operate on our brand who are capable of sourcing their own mandates as well as closing mandates that may be supplied by ourselvesYou will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a job – from establishing employer requirements to interviewing and presenting suitable candidates to secure a hire for the roleBack up administrative support is optional subject to a 10% deduction of the fee earned by yourselfYou will be supplied with the BAIR brand identity, e mail address , cards etc and you will be expected to abide by our values, our service ethos and brand usage rules.
Commission
Commission is tiered on the following basis:
70% of the fee for a successful hire on deals originated by yourself
50% of the fee for a successful hire on deals originated by us or our associates
R10 000pm for the first three months, to be recouped from future commission earnings
Commissions are paid only once we have received payment
Responsibilities
Source new business using your own network of current and past clients
Source candidates utilising your own resources and preferred tools
Manage the full lifecycle of each job
Screen and interview candidates before presenting them to the employer for review
Liaise with employers and candidates regarding the status of each job
Represent BAIR Recruitment with the utmost integrity
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ 360 deg recruitment experience
Provable past billings
Tertiary education preferred
Previous experience in a commercial environment would be advantageous
